Delivery apps charge restaurants 15–30% of every order. TIKT charges a flat plan, and customers cover a small service fee.

Good to know
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They open your link on any phone or computer and order right in the browser.
How do I get paid?
Card payments go into your own Stripe account and then to your bank on Stripe's normal schedule. Cash is collected by you at pickup or on delivery.
What does the $0.25 service fee cover?
It's how TIKT is paid on each order. The customer pays it at checkout, so it never comes out of your menu prices or tips.
Do I need a printer?
No. Orders show up on your orders screen and ring until accepted. A kitchen printer is an add-on for Pro if you want tickets printed automatically.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days, and it's free on every plan. We load your menu, hours and photos, connect payments, and walk your staff through the orders screen.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pro is month to month unless you choose yearly billing, and Starter is free, so there's nothing to cancel.
