What is buy online, pick up in store?
Customers choose products on your TIKT page, pay online or choose to pay at pickup, then come to your store to collect the order. You see every order on your orders screen as it comes in.
Can I sell items with sizes and colors?
Yes. Add sizes as variants and colors or other choices as options, each with its own price, and mark any one of them sold out.
Do you ship orders?
TIKT is built for local pickup. Customers order ahead and pick up at your store.
Do I need a website?
No. Your TIKT page works on its own at a link like yourstore.tikt.store. On Pro we can build and host a full store website on your own web address.
Does TIKT take a cut of my sales?
No. There's no commission. Starter is free, Pro is a flat $149 a month, and customers pay a $0.25 service fee at checkout.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days, and it's free. Send us your product list or photos, and we build your page and show you the orders screen.
